About the Author

The Rev. David C. James, Ph.D. is the Pastor of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Tracy, California. He holds degrees in psychology, scripture and theology. A former Police Sergeant, Fr. David is a popular retreat speaker and conference leader. His previous work, "What Are They Saying About Masculine Spirituality? (Paulist Press) was a contributor to the Christian men's movement.
