Bill: When?

Dad: What do you mean? When you got your last report card. Don't you remember? If you want to get anywhere and play football next year, these grades have to come up on the next report card.

Bill: I know, but—

Dad: No excuses. Next report card or there will be consequences.

Bill: OK.

About the Author

The author, Dr. Richard P. Lookatch, is an Educational Psychologist with over twenty years experience in education for behavioral change serving both child and adult clientele. He has written and produced for print, video and multimedia materials on a variety of topics. Dr. Lookatch is best known among his colleagues for the design of highly efficient and lasting learning experiences. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin and is a member of the American Psychological Association. Most importantly, he is the active father of five children.
