About the Book

About the Author

Ron Shinkman's wry insights into the high desert come from his years covering the region as an award-winning journalist. He wrote about everything from rocket explosions to a pig the size of a tract home. Although he survived, his mind was left irreparably warped. Black Projects is the result.
