About the Author

Peter Conrad Joseph has been employed by a major U.S. airline for more than ten years. During his career, he has been based in Chicago and Pittsburgh and has served as a domestic, flight attendant, international flight attendant, and training specialist. He currently resides in Pennsylvania.
