About the Book

Matt Greeley had a good horse and an old rifle. He came west to work cattle, and aimed someday to have his own. Before that would happen, he would have to fight off horse thieves, and then stand against the hooded riders who wanted to shut down all small ranchers. He became known for his way with guns, but his reputation came between Matt and the girl he was drawn to. He couldn't change, as long as his gun was needed.
