Jim Ciscell is the cult legend of Oxford, Mississippi. Having spent nine years in a college town, he is intimately familiar with college life. Having been published in newspapers, on websites and in magazines, this is Jim Ciscell?s first full-length novel. He currently resides in Starkville, Mississippi.
