About the Author
Eugene Barron has a doctorate in Human Relations. He is a practicing psychotherapist as well as a published poet; residing in NYC. He is a student of Buddhism, focusing on the teachings of the Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh and Insight Meditation. He has noted that certain Buddhist practices particularly applicable for fears and phobias and applies them in his private practice.
