About the Author

Donald Isaac DMD was born in Arnold, Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Pittsbugh School of Dental Medicine in 1960. He spent 8.5 years in private practice in Galeton, and Arnold, Pennsylvania. 271/2 years of his career was spent in service to our veterans as Chief of Dental Services with the last 19-20 months before his retirement, in 1997, serving as Chief of Staff at a Florida VA Facility. He held that position, normally held by Physicians, longer than any Dentist had done in the history of that government agency.
