This book attempts to convey the importance of the ability to forgive, and suggests ways to break the dysfunctional cycle so common in families today. It utilizes in part, the 12-step program as a blueprint for living.

Carolyn Shockey is a retired RN, and has worked for over twenty years in the field of substance abuse as a nurse and counselor. She currently is a freelance writer and artist.
