About the Book

An artist perceives her mental faculties as energy events and finds that the flow, initiated by the energy exchange that sustains all things in existence, lends itself to manipulation, certain faculties regulating its release back into the surroundings. When undisturbed, energy follows the path of least resistance - a system of movements that underlies her mental and physical activities.

This personal account is illustrated with schematic drawings that show how the artist envisions her mind creating the inner states she experiences.
