About the Author

Frederick W. Parkins, author of The NATO Opposition and Elixir The Medieval Quest, was raised in northern Italy where he had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe. As both a chemist and officer in the National Guard, Frederick draws from his experiences and knowledge of chemical terrorism to portray a realistic terrorist scenario and the likely response.
