About the Author

William N. (Bill) Hosley was born in Newton, Massachusetts in 1925. He attended Dartmouth College and is a graduate of the Sloan School of Mangement at M.I.T. He lives in Rochester, NY. His career included 35 years at Eastman Kodak Company in a variety of management positions including responsibilities in the field of human relations, strategic planning and organization development. In retirement he is serving on several boards of providers of health services. He is the author of many articles and papers on a variety of subjects and successful books on winemaking, economics,project management and local history. He became involved with the subject of senior issues in the course of developing adult education programs for local seniors organizations.
