With no positive guidance in Loyal's life he falls to peer pressure, indulging in gangs and drugs to supplement the void in his life. However, all things that seem good must come to an end. And, soon, he realizes that forgiveness is the ultimate passage to redemption and it is through that process that he learns the true calling on his life; to spread the gospel and win souls. But first, he must endure through the turbulence coming his way. And as a result, God allows Loyal to not only see the natural, but also experience the spiritual. Through such life challenges, a question is posed "When you're lost in hate how do you become found through love?" Loyal must answer this question because his life depends on it

What makes a giant slayer? Webster?s Dictionary defines a giant slayer as one who?s capable of challenging and conquering anyone or anything marked by exceptionally great size, magnitude or power. It?s no wonder why Donamechi Davis has been deemed a ?giant slayer of his time?.

The fact that he?s a graduate from the most Prestigious Black Ivy League College in the world is impressive but not nearly what credits his accolades. His alma mater, Morehouse College, deemed the ?Harvard of the South?, is only one of his many stepping stones in his path to Greatness.

A humble individual, with a true past, this profound author grew up in a middle class household on the south side of Chicago with a heart full of aspirations, a mind full of dreams and handful of obstacles.
