About the Book

This is my observation of people as I met them in varied places. In doing so, I witnessed and participated in politics and observed and formed a strong opinion about religion. Collectively, this proved to be an 'interesting journey'.


About the Author

This is a book about my experiences and observations of people, community and expressive thoughts on organized religion. This book?in my opinion?would be of interest to many individuals. Below is my bio:

Author biography: Born in New Orleans, La.?June 8, 1936. Grew up in Marrero/New Orleans. Attended Williams Memorial grade school, All Saints Middle school, Xavier Prep and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1955; I joined the USAF (1956) and retired (1978) as a S/MSgt (Superintendent of Accounting and Finance) after 22 years. Later graduated from Fort Wright College, Spokane, WA (B.A.) 1976 and served on the Board of Trustees at Fort Wright until it closed in 1983. Received a MBA from City University, Spokane, WA (1982). Served on several boards throughout the city and presented an idea for constructing the current Inter Model Facility (Bus and Trains). I was the founding Chairman for Spokane?s Citizens Review Panel (Police). Served on the Interplayers Ensemble Advisory Board (Local theatre); KPBX Public Radio Community Advisory Board; United Way?Allocations Panel?Spokane; Founded, African American Forum (1987); Ran unsuccessfully for the City Council twice. Campaign manager for a successful mayoral run. Served on the Sports, Entertainment, Convention and Arts Advisory Board (SEACAB) that oversaw the Opera House, Joe Albi Stadium, AG Trade Center and the Convention Center.
