About the Book

Horatio Walwyn is the sole owner of Walwyn Communications. He goes on vacation to Barbados and meets Agnes, the young attractive wife of a film producer, and Almin a gorgeous island hotel room service attendant. Agnes is an extremely affluent woman and she becomes his lover and financial supporter.

Walwyn is obsessed by Almin's charisma so to secure her camaraderie the mendacious two-timing Walwyn promises to put her in one of his films. He offers her the leading role in his next movie called Bastard.

A series of circumstances affect his plight. His secretary is pregnant and is having an abortion; and a paternity suit from a prostitute is on the agenda, but his married lover is oblivious to these activities; she gets him the money he needs.

Bastard is an economic triumph but not without struggles for Almin and Walwyn. Almin becomes a star-A Barbadian Star.
