About the Author

R. E. Amnos once fought forest fires in Montana, worked in the oil fields of Wyoming, and played piano in Los Angeles, then married and settled down in Ohio. Now, with the mortgage paid and the children grown, he has resumed a life of adventure by writing this novel.
