About the Author

Nana Akua Kyerewaa Opokuwaa was enstooled a Queenmother in Ghana, 1988. She is also an ordained Priestess in the Akan Akom Tradition. Nana travels to Ghana annually to study and practice traditional Akan customs and religion. She is currently writing other books about Akan traditions. Nana resides in Washington, DC.
