About the Book

The desire of God, since the Garden of Eden, is for a fulfilling and ever-deepening relationship with mankind. When sin entered into the picture, we were separated from the love of God. Jesus Christ came, not only to redeem us back to God, but truly to marry us into a deeper relationship with God. And yet, we still remain so far away from the embrace of our loving God due to man-made tradition, sin, and even fear. But the call of the Spirit of God is going out throughout the earth. We can draw close. We can hear God's voice. We can hear His heartbeat and know His thoughts. We can be kissed by His Presence. The Divine Romance is a thirty-day journey into the heart and mind of the God who is calling us closer. The poetic words of revelation and the daily Biblical references are meant to fan the flames of passion within, pulling us deeper into the relationship God desires as Savior and as Lover of our souls.
