About the Author
Margot Webb worked with gangs in the Los Angeles area. After teaching in various schools and serving as an integration counselor, she came to understand the desperation of gang members. Margot Webb was born in Germany and came to the United States when she was ten years old. Her published books include Coping With Street Gangs, Drugs and Gangs, The Value of Loyalty, and Shadows at Noon?A story of love, terror, and escape.
Margot Webb enjoys reading and music and lives with her husband in Valencia, California. She frequently travels abroad, and her book Shadows at Noon was translated into German and made into a play.
