About the Book

"In what has become a raging epidemic, Kemper was the classic paradigm playing his deadly 'game plan' and stalking his victims in a now familiar pattern—torturing, collecting grisly trophies, and exulting over death. As a former chief psyciatrist of a maximum-security prison, I find Margaret Cheney's book truly prophetic." Philip S. Hick, MD., San Quentin Prison.
