About the Author
Lana McGraw Boldt was born a fourth-generation Oregonian. She attended the University of Oregon, earning a degree in English literature, and did postgraduate work in applied psychology at the University of Washington. With her husbank, Darrell, she served in the Peace Corps in Micronesia. The Marshal Islands Cultural Museum is a result of some of her work there.
