About the Author
Keith Grant has a doctoral degree in organizational behavior from the Union Institute and University. He has worked as a manager for a Fortune 500 company and taught at the college level since 1993. He is married and has one daughter. Valerie Maryman is a doctoral student at Capella University. She is a certified Project Management Professional and has been teaching at the college level since 2007.
