Joseph Dineen received his BA from Fordham University in New York and his MBA and PhD from St. John's University in Louisiana, concentrating in Business, Human Resources and Counseling. His background includes management in the fields of human resources, customer service, technical service, legal compliance, and general/executive management in several fields.

Married with two children and four grandchildren, Mr. Dineen resides in South Carolina.
