John A. La Boone, III is the food columnist for the Tribune & Georgian newspaper in St. Marys, Georgia. He is also the staff writer and public relations representative for Camden County Schools based in Kingsland, Georgia. Mr. La Boone has won numerous state, regional, and national awards for his writing, photography, and publications. During the 1960s, he was a U.S. Air Force cook.
