[Author bio]Jo Schabel won the Troubadours' Short Story Contest for 1998 and she placed second place in the 1999 Jackson's Print Gallery, The Art of Words Short Story contest. Jo has had short stories published in Love's Chance and What's Love Magazines. Her memoirs appeared in Back Home in Kentucky magazine and The Daily Oklahoman newspaper.
