Jesus In The Workplace covers taking care of business and treating others good no matter what rank you are. There are responsibilities that we all have and titles are given to us for that. No title should be looked down upon nor used to create fear or advantage over someone else. Jesus In The Workplace breaks down the role of the person in authority and those they are to be guided referred to as employees and associates. Both sides have their assignments with pros and cons with all they do. Situations can be resolved and others avoided by those in authority and employees. Those that choose to abuse a situation choose to be the cause of unnecessary problems. When this continues on and others get affected by it negatively, God will see that restitution is made one way or another. A workplace should be progressive, effective and productive. It should also be safe, comfortable, encouraging and supportive for those that work there.

About the Author

I was born and raised in the city of Newark, New Jersey. Growing up in Newark isn't as difficult as some make it appear. I had peer pressures just like everyone else. The difference was how I chose to handle it. Also worked in Corporate America for 28 years.
