About the Book

As a young man I was working in the Kosher meat field and I did a lot of lifting and pushing of fifteen hundred pound skids and seven hundred pound racks of meat. During this time I was drinking and didn't realize that I was drinking as much as I was. I went from socially drinking a few drinks a day to a fifth of liquor a day. In the process of this drinking I never realized that I was drinking as much because I was working very hard. But finally all of this drinking started to take its toll on me and before I realized it I was starting to get sick.

I am qualified to write this book because I experienced the contents of the book.

The contents of this book are dedicated to my loved ones.

I live in Jenkintown, PA and was educated in the Philadelphia School System. I attended Community College of Philadelphia and currently I am employed by the PA Department of Corrections. Currently Retired From Dept. of Corrections.
