Love is Merely Death, Masked, is a collection of works of poems and short stories from a high school student's perspective on life, love, family, and friendships. About the Author

Heather Daugherty is a current senior at Douglass High School. She is planning on furthering her education at Emporia State University in the beginning of the fall in 2003. She plans to become an elementary teacher and possibly return to college and receive a second degree in mathematics.
