About the Author

David E. Thompson is a playwright, The Melting Pot, and poet. He has spent a lifetime in the arts bringing them to schools and communities. He is a graduate of Weslyan University and together with his wife, Alexandra Chalif, has 5 sons, two daughters-in-law and a granddaughter. He is the editor of the Sholem Aleichem Courier and an active member of the Washington Connecticut community where he lives.
