The murder attempt takes place in the hospital and fails. Roland is arrested and convicted. Alexia's friendship with Dr. Grogan turns to romance, and the story has a happy ending.

About the Author

Currently residing on the East Coast of Florida with her husband Bill, Judy is a retired nurse. Celebrating her retirement and completion of the novel she took her first parachute jump. For preparation of the novel she had the opportunity to handle and fire several weapons, learning how to make a pipe bomb, and by-pass simple security systems, among other things. She is a vocal advocate of seniors keeping the mind active with the wonders of the Internet.
