About the Book
When Cara, Mary Rose, and Antony become orphans at a very young age. They went to live with their Auntie Rose who was a widow and had no children of her own. Under her guidance the children grew up into fine adults. Cara, the youngest of the three, now twenty; was less ambitious than her brother and sister. Her main achievement in life was to meet Prince Charming and get married. Now she reflects on the years gone by.
About the Author
Connie T. Downes grew up in London, England in an old Victorian house with her father, brother, and sister. Their playground was Hyde Park since it was so close to where they lived. She has many happy memories of her childhood and now resides in Southern California.
