About the Author
Charles Dahl was born in 1947 in Albany, California. An honor student at San Jose City College and San Jose State, he developed a rich love for literature while studying psychology and anthropology. Retired from a career in counseling, he works part-time as a professional skip tracer for Placer Creditors Bureau in Roseville, California.
