About the Book

When Lisa Sanderson, a young Boston attorney, is called by her aunt to visit Rowe, Vermont, where she, her uncle and brother live, she can hear the fear in Aunt Chloe's voice. As soon as she arrives in Rowe, piloting her small airplane, she can see the problem: thugs "on the lam" from other crimes have taken over the small town and are terrorizing its citizens.
