About the Book
Bent Over Backwards, Poetry for the Real World, is poetry for real people, living today, who don't have the time or energy to decipher abstract verse. But for everyone who is racing through life, squeezing every last minute out of the day-my poetry tries to give you a moment to stop, reflect, and breathe deep-before you jump right back into it all.
My hope is that these poems will comfort, soothe, and give a voice to some of the emotions we all have trapped inside us.
About the Author
As any real artist can attest to: we seem to observe life as much as we live it, such is the case for me. I have spent half my life in New York and the other half in Boston; studying the Human Experience, the commonalities that both bind people together and drive them apart. The poetry I write, is a brutally honest account of my life?s journey, and how it ties in to the ?Human Experience.?
I currently live in Wakefield, Massachusetts, with one of my favorite people to ever live?my son.
