For many organizations, the time, effort, cost, and culture shock associated with implementing a Quality Management System can be overwhelming. An ASQ member since 1997, Susan M. Hinkle serves as Corporate Director of Quality at Triumph Technologies, Inc. Ms. Hinkle has over 16 years of hands-on and quality management experience in various sectors of the government, manufacturing, and IT communities, and is a certified PMP.
