Bob Bailey, born Oct. 9, 1938 in Central Nebraska. Grew up during the depression and the Second World War, was in high school in the fifties and married in the sixties. Married 39 years, 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Worked over forty-five years in public service. Currently City Manager of a small city in Iowa. Career included seven years as Policeman and Deputy Sheriff.
