About the Book
Africalogical Perspectives (AP) includes innovative and original research on the African world experience; provides a quality forum for progressive scholarship on the historical and contemporary analysis of the concept of race and the discipline of Africana Studies/Africalogy (African-American, Pan-African, Black, etc.); accepts scholarly articles and essays, book reviews, bibliographic essays, and documents. Currently, the journal is published twice each year. The scholarship in Africalogical Perspectives includes areas of: history, race, theory, research methodology, communication, social issues, economics, culture, psychology, media, literature, language, and science. Africalogical Perspectives is dedicated to the full discussion of race and Africana Studies.
About the Author
Katherine Olukemi Bankole has served as editor of Africalogical Perspectives for three years. She is an associate professor of history at West Virginia University.
