About the Author

Tunji Adegboye earned a degree in chemical engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and an MS in operations research and statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York. He is a fellow of the Institute of Packaging, UK with twenty-seven years of work experience with Unilever and Cadbury. Sola Somade received a BS degree in industrial chemistry from the City University, London, and an MS in analytical chemistry from the Imperial College, University of London. She worked for Unilever Nigeria Plc for twenty years. She is a fellow of the Institute of Packaging, UK.
