Thonia McNeal is a native of Flint Michigan. She graduated from Flint Northern High School through Schools of Choice. She also completed an optical trade through Flint Genesee Job Corps. Later she graduated with her doctor?s degree from Oral Roberts University. Thonia is a woman of God who loves the Lord and is very compassionate about God?s people.
