Shelley LeBlanc was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. During her teenage years, she started reading romantic stories and began dreaming of someday writing a novel.

Shelley is married with one child and lives in Metairie, Louisiana, near the infamous French Quarter, where she continues her writing journey.
