Sam Doles was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Both a licensed cosmetologist and a graduate of the historical Edward Waters College, Sam has always been recognized for her creative writing style. Her favorite people are Reverend Al Sharpton and Oprah Winfrey. She confidently describes herself as "intriguingly peculiar."
