Robert B. Smith has been seminar leader and facilitator of more than forty developmental and instructional sessions. He has more than fifteen years of experience in manufacturing, delivering, and assessing developmental programs. Currently a regional vice president of a financial institution, Smith lives in Lethbridge, Alberta, with his wife and children.
