Professor Decker, an organization consultant and teacher, researched Christian history, for its strategic plan and discovered its many sins against humanity. While living in Alaska, he wrote "The Liviataor" a spoof on Billy Graham's arrival to save the natives. Having traveled the world, along with his professional life as a Professor of Management, labor arbitrator, naval officer he has broad insight.
