About the Book

Have you ever wondered why you were born? Why so many trials and tribulations happen in your life? Why is it necessary to be faced with so many life challenges? What is your purpose in life? And most importantly, why is life so unfair? Do you feel angry and frustrated and want peace in your life? You ask, "When will God show up and show out?" Is He here? Does He see me? Does He feel what I am going through? For years, Monique has thought and questioned the same thing. God has given her so many answers to life questions and boldly identified her purpose. This is why she has to share her life experiences with the world and explain why God chose her. She knows that she is not alone and others need to hear her story and to let them know that they are not alone as well.

About the Author

Monique L. Rhea was born and raised on Chicago's Southside. She is currently engaged with three children. Her faith in God has encouraged her to deal with obstacles thrown her way. Why God Chose Me is a personal reflection on how to press on in a why me situation.
