About the Author
Mark Williams is a recognized opinion leader in the field of human potential. A bestselling author, dynamic speaker, experienced consultant and educator, he founded the My Identity Network, a broadband network created to distribute educational programming, research, e-learning, and information related to complex identity and diversity challenges. He is the author of the best-selling The 10 Lenses: Your Guide to Living and Working in a Multicultural World (Capitol, 2001), Fit in! The Unofficial Guide to Corporate Culture (Capitol Books, 2007), and Your Identity Zones (Capitol, 2004).
