Lorraine Koster conducted investigations for more than 20 years. She worked with the District Attorney?s Office and Corrections Services Agency, both in Ventura County, California. After retiring, she conducted federal employment background investigations on a contract basis. A licensed private investigator, she lives in Nevada.
