No one can move an audience with a single bow stroke like acclaimed violinist Logan Kossowicz. But would his audience be so enraptured if his collar and cuffs weren’t carefully buttoned, covering prison gang tattoos that helped him survive the darkest chapter of his life? In plain sight, Logan hides behind the black tuxedo of a virtuosic performer. His anguish channels through his instrument, raising his music to the highest art. The violence, murders, and incarceration will always be a part of him, yet he cannot let anyone know. If they knew, they would abandon him just like his father and brothers did after his release from prison. Then, like before, he would fall from the pinnacle of achievement to become a worm in the dirt. Years have passed since he was a worm. But as he finally climbs to the top of the classical music world, tragedy tears apart his carefully constructed life. He is forced to confront his bloody past and those who witnessed his fall from grace. As he teeters on his perch, he realizes that he has only two choices: he can either be destroyed or fight to overcome his demons and accept what he once was. Only then can he know what he truly is and what he can become.
