About the Author

Kimi Ziemski is a project manager, teacher and professional speaker. She spent several decades working in the telecommunications. Kimi's marketing and project management experience spanned across multiple industries and client sizes but she found her greatest success working with teams on difficult sales and wide-spread implementations. Even after getting her certification in project management and her BS in IT Management Kimi's special interest in people, leadership, and motivation became the passion that drove this book.
