About the Book
For many years, field guides have been used by Scouts, members of the military and outdoor enthusiasts throughout the world to spell out the basics for survival in the wilderness. They are "how-to" manuals for taking care of your essential needs in tough situations. This little book is designed to do just that for prayer and the spiritual life. Prayer is first aid for the hurting soul, food for the hungry spirit, and safe rest for you when you are lost in unfamiliar country. Here is a little pocket survival guide for wanderers in the wilderness of the world.
