About the Book

Have you ever hungered and desired to know the very heart of God? Has your soul ached to commune with the heavenly Father? I have had the awesome and incredible privilege to grow up as the daughter of a woman who has virtually spent her whole life as a lady of prayer. As a child, it was a normal occurrence to come home from school and see my mother in the living room, on her knees praying with someone. Many a night, I would be lulled to sleep by listening to her prayers while sewing on her old sewing machine.

Don't miss the opportunity to read this book of prayers that she wrote straight from her heart, to God's. Your spirit will tingle, and soar into the heavens, as you are elevated into the very throne room of God. You will embark upon awe inspiring; life-changing insight and your life will never be the same again.

About the Author

Opal Lesher Hall

Opal Lesher Hall was born on December 22, 1915 in the family farmhouse near Cavalier, North Dakota. She is the fourth child of thirteen children. Her father was a farmer by trade, but was an accomplished poet and county pageant writer, as well as a singer with an excellent tenor voice.

She graduated from high school as salutatorian in 1934. She later attended Glad Tidings Bible Institute, where she met her husband, Rev. G. Oliver Hall Sr., and they were married on February 28, 1942 in Boonville, Missouri. They did pastoral and evangelistic work over the California, North Dakota, Missouri and Texas regions.

Her greatest loss in life was the death of her husband in 1968. At the time of his death, he was also working for LTV Corporation. Despite her enormous grief and difficult trying times, all of her children attended college.

Their oldest son, George, was working for Texas Instruments, Inc., until his retirement in 1991. Harry, a graduate of Texas A&M University, retired from Chevron as a Chemical Engineer in 2004. Charles received his degree in Aerospace Engineering, also from Texas A&M University, and works in the aerospace/defense industry for the formal McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, corp., which is now Boeing. Their youngest son, John, is a printer for a Medical Society and received degrees in Education and Music at Southwestern Assemblies of God College. Their oldest daughter, Bonnie-Faith, received degrees in Business, Education, and Psychology. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, and is currently working as a school nurse. Their youngest daughter, Grace, attended Southwestern Assemblies of God College like her siblings, John and Bonnie-Faith, and is working as a Veterinarian Assistant at a mobile animal care clinic.

Opal Hall does not hesitate to pray when others come to her for prayer, and she literally spends hours a day praying. Over the years, she has written hundreds of poems, songs, and several books. Her love is boundless, and to her family and friends, she is known as a preacher, singer, poet, songwriter, teacher, counselor, advisor, mentor and friend?but she will always and forever be best known as a prayer warrior mom.
